isoterm.gifIn the middle of the sixties Sverre Elvestad developed an idea of frost-proof water pipes based on the use of a heating cable between a water-leading pipe and an outer pipe.
In 1971 the production of the ”Elvestad pipe” started at Ringebu in Norway and the company Isoterm AS was born.
Since then the system has been modified and increased to a larger product range for both water, sewage and industrial purposes.
Today Isoterm AS offers frost-proof systems for water and sewage based on shallow ditches for holiday cabins and house areas.
The minimale ditch-depth saves the environment and is prefered in areas with vulnerable nature.
